More of Jennifer's research regarding the ACA (Affordable Care Act), including this published article; the CARD act; and State Tax Nexus can be found on her LinkedIn page

Jennifer has practiced in consumer bankruptcy since she was admitted to the Bar in May 2014. Her main focus at Illinois Advocates is on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. She became passionate about consumer bankruptcy when she realized how difficult it could be to recover from one life-altering event, such as an illness or a divorce.

Jennifer also handles Landlord/Tenant cases dealing with the Security Deposit Return Act and the Chicago Residential Landlord Tenant Ordinance. She has achieved outstanding results for both Landlords and Tenants.
